Values subject to change without previous notice. Children from 0 to 6 years old pay 65% of the rate, over 7 years old pay full fare, and they must be accompanied by an adult. Turistour® reserves the right to change both the program and the kind of vehicle used for the excursions. Turistour reserves the right not to carry out some of the excursions without notice by reasons of force majeure. The company is not responsible for loss of personal effects left inside the vehicles. The maximum capacity considers one normal suitcase and one handbag per passenger. For services with more luggage a bigger vehicle with more capacity should be requested. Passengers must return to the vehicle in the schedule set up by the guide during the excursion. It is of their own responsibility to be at the appointed hour in the meeting place. Not doing this might result in missing out on the excursion and/or even getting lost. In this case, the passenger must coordinate and pay his return to the hotel. Admission tickets to the park and museum are paid by the passenger. Excursions availability: until September2010.

Santiago

Ski and Mountain

Rates subject to change without notice. Turistour ® reserves the right to change for safety or weather reasons the trip. If you started the tour, failing to reach any of the ski resorts, will be reimbursed 60% of the value canceled. The company is not responsible for loss of personal effects left inside vehicles. Valid until October 2010.

Lakes and Volcanoes

DOCUMENTATION
In the case of Andean Crossing or any product that considers pass to Argentina, is passengers responsibility to have all the necessary documentation. In case of fishing in Peulla or other place, is passenger responsibility to have fishing identification update.

MODIFICATIONS, ANNULMENTS AND REFUND
In case of annulments, Turistour will refund 100% of the payment to the clients, this in case the information is given at least 2 days in advance. If this is done with one day of advance, Turistour will refund only 50% of the paid values. In case that annulment is done the same day or after the trip day, there’s no refund.

PAYMENT
Services must be paid in cash when you confirm the reservation.

RESPONSIBLITY
Turistour has no responsibility in case of force majeure like : earthquakes, epidemics, illness, weather, strikes, wars, government restrictions or any event out of Turistour control.
Turistour is not responsible for personal belongings of passengers inside the vehicles ( except for suitcases ) when starting the excursion.

CHANGES IN PROGRAMMING
Turistour limits the right to alter, modify or eliminate the published routes, if force majeure or circumstances oblige for a better fulfillment and safe of the programmed activities or the contracted services.

TRANSFERS AND SPECIAL SERVICES
Are stipulated according to specific conditions of the service.

INSURANCE
Passengers insurance are the ones subject to law.
Also, passengers can ask Turistour the detail of insurance coverage complementary to the one legal in force. Those additional insurance contemplated in the law and being offered through Turistour, is obligation of the passenger to be informed of the terms, conditions and coverage of these.

VALIDITY
The prices shown in this site are valid according to the published dates and are subject to changes without previous information by Turistour.

PUBLICATION OF PROGRAMMING
Turistour reserves the right to alter, modify or eliminate the published routes, if reasons of accidental cases, force majeure or circumstances will obliged for a better fulfillment of programmed activities or contracted services.

Any budget or price is subject to variations because currency fluctuation that take part in the payment of services, fact that passenger declare to know and accept.

Values in dollars or equivalent in national currency according type of change in force established by airlines to purchase date.

The published photos of vehicles are referential and the contracted vehicle will have similar characteristics to the ones shown in the programme, but not necessary will be the same to the one that appeared in the photo.

KNOWING CONDITIONS
When doing a programme purchase, is automatically established that the travel agent are notified and accept all the clauses of the general conditions.
